surely if they had 100% FC dna then they are clasified as a member of the FC race. and not human. I do not believe it is a coincidence that humans and Fc are biologically compatible for breeding, it was said that the FC created humans from a preexisting species, and remade it in their image, this creation must have required some form of dna blending to achieve.
