Balance. Yeah right. Because I need a battery to punch someone in the face with a fist.

I'm not the fan of HR's energy system. Either make the cells all recharge, with each going slower than the last, or just give me one long bar like the original.

Also balance the lethal/nonlethal XP gains. Everyone goes for nonlethal, because XP = augs. So in the end if you want to maximize XP gain you're forced into stealthy non-lethal gameplay. And then it's not "play however you want" it's "play how we want it if you want XP".
