Secret to eliminating 100+ enemies while having fun: Get as many guards after you as you can. Climb a tall ladder. Get to the top and wait for each one to get close to the top and hit them. The fall should kill them. If they reach the top and engage you, just hold down the attack button and release to hit them so hard that they fall off the edge. Or you could stand exactly where they will stand up from the ladder and press assassinate and you can make use of the glitch.

After the are all dead, just climb down and enjoy the epic pile of bodies that are littered all over the ground.
