AssassinBro, just deal man. I respect your opinion that you think he wouldn't be good, and I very adamantly disagree. Fassbender is in his prime right now, he can get a tan, Arabic people range in skin tone, and Altair wasn't very dark. He's physically fit, even more so than Altair was. He was lean, fast, agile. And Fassbender can capture that.
