When Ezio did his first mission for Antonio, he entered into his office/study while Antonio was drinking caffe (coffee), and he was then offered some by Antonio.

However Ezio didn't like the bitter taste, and suggested that sugar and latte (milk) should be added, but from Antonio's reaction, you could tell that he took it as a insult slightly.
