Well, I'm a Christian, and if Jesus was depicted in an AC game, even if it was just as an important man (like George Washington in AC III), I would not be offended whatsoever. In fact, that would be freaking awesome. Not everyone has to believe what we believe, and, honestly, if Jesus was just a historical reference in the game, I'd be absolutely fine with that. Now, if they completely recreated him and had him turn evil or whatever, that'd be a different story.
