If it was me I'd choose AC over Dishonored (and like you I really like both games). The DLC is good but nothing major to the game, the tarot cards are something you may never use or be able to properly display and the artwork is awesome but is it AC awesome and won't most of it be displayed online anyways (same goes for AC too though).

On the otherhand, Forsaken is meant ot be a great book, going beyond the game novelization that the previous books did and explores additional background and information. The Connor figure you can collect and display.

At the end of the day the Dishonored DLC will be available on Xbox live and PSN for months afterwards and you can always watch it on youtube if you feel it is necessary to have all the information for your edits on the Dishonored wiki. For me personaly, if the Dishonored set came with the clock or the mask or something of that nature then maybe I would be swayed to purchase it, but as it stand I find the AC deal the better one.
