How about the term I like to use, Trashy Americans. I live in Alabama, and I'm surrounded by people like you so eloquently described. It's annoying. But yeah, I mean, everyone should be patriotic toward their country. Be proud of where you live, regardless of where it is. You were put there for a purpose. Elections, eh... Both of our candidates are probably Illuminati or Templars or something anyway. And if you're an American and you think Africa is in Texas you need to gtfo the country... Just saying.
