I don't agree with Sima on the ethics part. Templars strive for world peace but they're using unrefined means to achieve it... People will revolt if you try to control them. We are human beings, we have minds of our own. The Assassins like to achieve this through liberty and democracy... and even if they kill, it's not murder. They're performing an act of justice. Templars are using unorthodox methods to accomplish tranquility and serendipity. I'm quite black and white when it comes to morals so you'll forgive me if I am saying the Assassins are the good guys just because Ubisoft depicts them as such.
