Same here Eagle, I ran around telling people that "Bill Miles" from the comics was the same guy as "William M." from Brotherhood, and was Desmond's dad. The new york thing was pretty obvious from the Da Vinci Disappearance and Brotherhood had plenty of clues about Lucy's betrayal if you came out of the Animus and paid attention to the e-mails.
