of course sitting on a bench can be stealth, its just your interpritation of stealth is too narrow. sneaking around in shadow can make you look really suspicious sometimes, the best form of stealth is oftem hiding in plain sight, without arousing suspicion, if that means sitting on a bench so be it. you cant observe whats going on from a haybale either.
