I want DS2 because I have never fully played a hack-and-slash wall run game like PoP or GoW. If you say AC is wall-run you are a potato. I want Skyrim because I never fully played an FPS. I won't get both because I like the look of FoC and or Arkham City. Who knows, mybe the store will choose for me as where I live it is hard to find PS3 games.
