I think this discussion should be taken to the talkpages but before it continues I want to ask people to do this before this happens. Blogs aren't an appropriate forum to air such concerns on these issues and can just lead to long winded comments and others (unrelated to the discussion) commenting for the fun of it and often just to stir up trouble.
