Its the opposite for me. The internet forces me to show my negative side(well adults don't find it negative but people below 25 sure do) Usually I can find a friend where ever I go since there isn't a single human out there who isn't interested in a similar topic as you. Everyone plays games, watches movies, reads books etc. and you will find something in common.
