Nice conversation and I agree with many points. But I must say..If you guys rank people according to how good they are at killing or surviving then I would have been a Master Assassin long ago since I got the hang of AC1 very quickly and found ACII too easy for my taste but at least they gave a better story for AC II, ACB, ACR unlike in AC1 which I find to be more of an introduction than a true story. These days I never die in battle. But I do die quite often outside of battle. eg: when trying to find secret items and get 100% sync I would purposely die so I could restart

I think defense breaks are neccasary cause then you would have to think about other tactics if you wish to avoid getting hit while as ACII onwards you hardly ever need to run away from battle due to low health which I find is lame cause I am a pro player.
