Adam and Eve have Eagle vision, being hybrids. When Ever looks back it's because she can see something, but doesn't have knowledge, like Juno said. They can see without knowledge. There's a wide shot at the end of the truth video, and only Adam and Eve are on the roof of the facility. You hear the voice say Eve once the camera pans in for a close shot after the wide shot. Eve yells "WATCH OUT" to Adam, because Desmond just appeared using the time-travel of the Apple, and sees Eve and calls to her, realizing who she is.
