"awaken the sixth"...i dont think it means a sixth temple or another person..."you with five senses us with six"...awaken the sixth sense maybe by putting together the fragments of Desmond's consciousness and when he awakes from the coma he will have this super sixth sense that will help him stop the end of the world....?........what do you think?
