Has anyone noticed that in the Assassin's creed 2 the truth, that it might be Minerva holding the apple in the window when Adam and Eve climb up the building. Then in Brotherhood the truth he tells you she is not who you think she is. He tells you to find Eve. Minerva wants Eve dead and you stab Lucy at the end. The person he is talking about is Minerva. She wants Lucy out of the way. That is what I think.
