Cont. About my recent theory, "Subject 16" had a reason to commit suicide and leaving those 'blood markings' to Desmond in AC. I believe (once again) IF "Subject 16" is really Desmond's father, I bet he also had "Eagle Sense" in the past, then, he foresaw the future that his son (Desmond) will captured him from Abstergo. So, he made those "blood markings" so his son could continue unravel the mystery of their forefathers. Unfortunately, he wasn't mentally stable to tell Desmond that he MIGHT be his father (Subject 16). I think Subject 16's suicide was a bit of a sacrifice for the assassins and a 'gift' to his son, Desmond. Let's see was on AC Revelations!
