just speculating from the headshot but he does appear significantly older then brotherhood, also the hints were pointing to around 1520s in the ottoman empire so it would be about 60. this armor has the insignia from the first game on the chest so either its a throwback to the middle east Assassin branch or maybe a connection to Altair with new armor
