@Squibbls I don't think all assassins are descendants of TWCB. If they were, surely Altair wouldn't have been the only assassin who could resist the power of the apple in AL Mualims hands, yet we clearly saw a large portion, if not all the assassins that were in Masyaf when Al Mualim used the apple came under his control. It doesn't take special DNA to make somebody a badass killer :P it just helps.
