I think the story is gonna be told like th story in AC:B. It begins with the last mission, stop halfway through it, and then finishes it at the end. Like Ezio chasing Cesare in the previous game. So my theory is, in this trailer, Ezio has already used Altairs Seals and is now suffering a bleeding effect from them. Just as Desmond saw Ezio wandering through Monterrigioni, Ezio sees Altair in Masyaf.
