I just really hope they make the Assassin Recruits much more important in the story. Being only able to recruit 12 was a bit of a disappointment in Brotherhood, and once you had them all, they didn't really serve any use of progression in the game. Anyone can beat the single-player mode without recruiting a single Assassin (aside from the mission where you're forced to recruit 2 of them). They should really make it so the Apprentices have an actual impact in the game. It's a brilliant idea with so much potential, but Brotherhood showed very poor use of that potential. I'd also really like more customization abilities with the recruits. Picking between 6 dyes doesn't really show any "love" for your Apprentices, especially since you could only recruit 12 of them. They should seriously extend the dye variety as well as add robe design customization as well. I'm sure a lot of people were a little ticked off by the fact that the Apprentices became completely uncustomizable after reaching level 10, and also by the fact that their robes were almost identical to Ezio's. And instead of Skill Points and add equipment, there should be skill points that actually add skill (such as strength, defense, health, and agility). Ezio should be able to buy his recruits their own armor and weapons (from an "Apprentice Store" on the Apprentice Menu). The armor and weapons would serve as "buffs" to specific stats (armor adds defense; weapons add strength).
