Alright, a few things. Maybe Altair liked that chair and his library, so he decided to die there. Also those humans you thought were from 3000...yes they were the First Civilization. Also, humans are nothing but animals also, just because we happen to be very high on the food chain does not exclude us from being sacrificed :>
