1. PC. Because I prefer high resolutions, keyboard and mouse controls, and DLC content included with the game for no additional cost. That and I don't like to play on a really outdated hardware which has much higher chance of going NOPE on me after a prolonged use.
2. Yes. They should have time to properly optimize it, especially given it's a new engine that it runs on.
