Anons have talk pages and can be banned like everyone else. They can only come back if they have dynamic IPs. Or they can use another computer, but so can any registered- user. There is no need to "convince" registered users via talk pages. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but right now they are just actively searching for reasons to hate the game and shoving it right in the faces of everyone who doesn't care or has had enough.
