The mark on Ezio's finger and Desmond's scar are valid points, but not the others.
In the trailer, when Ezio is hanging from the rope, look back up at the platform. Leandros is choking so a guard cuts the rope.
The clothes were from Acre and had ottoman insigna, so what? Most of the middle east was under the Turks so an Ottoman Insigna is no big deal. As for the clothes of Masyaf Assassins, read the Levantine Assassins page. They discarded rank-based clothing after Altaïr came to power. And Ezio does wear the armor in Cappadocia, it's just covered by the "Jedi Knight Robes".
Can't really explain the black hair, white hair thing, but I thought this post was about the whole game, not just individual scenes with minor mistakes. Same goes for the bracer in the trailer, and the lack of armor and use of first sword in the final scene.
And the Assassins do age, but they lived stoically in Masyaf, so they lived long. Besides life expectancy is just an average. just because life expectancy is 40 doesn't mean that everyone died by 40. Many may have crossed that age, even reached 90, but the majority died early.
