Most of the things you mentioned are developing errors, not story errors, so I won't go into that.

Darim having his finger cut is indeed wrong. The Assassins only should have had their fingers cut in the first memory, but instead they all have it. Only Altaïr and Abbas should have their fingers cut in the five last memories. I must also note that the fifth and sixth Altaïr memories take place on the same day.

The different outfits were discarded after Altaïr became Mentor. Altaïr kept wearing his Master Assassin robes until he was 60 while all the others kept those other robes that Abbas and Darim wear, which are the ordinary Assassin robes, not apprentice robes.

Altaïr is descended from Those Who Came Before, which makes his lifespan longer than that of most other humans. Abbas simply was lucky enough to have lived until 60; not everyone died around 40, there were people who got to live to 100 just like they do now. As for the Assassins in the village, they may be in their thirties of fourties and can therefore have seen Altaïr. They may also simply have heard stories of him.

And yes, Desmond's scar is gone. I don't know if that is a developing error or an intentional one. Keep in mind that Aquilus and Connor don't have scars on their lips either. It may be a retcon.
