Listing some errors:

• Ezio finger mark disappear in Brotherhood and Revelations.
• Ezio is with his bracer on cinematic and later, none bracer. How he cut off the rope? Either way...
• Ezio kills Leandros with a broken hidden blade (It's hard to believe that a hidden blade could pierce an armor. Imagine a broken one).
• Where did Ezio get his clothes? I mean, in the book they said that he get from Acre. But there is an Ottoman Assassin insignia there. And the armor is of the ottoman too. Weird he gets so many things of a place he never been and next day, he gets there.
• When Ezio pick up Armor of Ishak Pasha? If it was before Capadoccia, why he's not wearing? It's light and he's old. A good armor should be with him. And if the "color" was the problem, just dye the armor. The Jedi outfit will do the rest.
• No matter wich armor Ezio are. There are scenes that he clothes became the clothes of the beginning. Like in the end. We are with heavy armor and puff, no armor at all.
• When the memory of Sofia Sartor coming in Assassin's HQ happens? It's impossible before Capadoccia and later, there is no time. But maybe that could happen before they go to Masyaf. But Sofia acts like she doesn't know that Ezio was an assassin. So is impossible this scene to happen. (Because we need the books of Capadoccia to happen and later Sofia is already caught. When she is rescued, she knows what Ezio does for living)
• Darim has a finger cut. Why? Altair didn't send the order to stop this like he says in Codex? I mean, he cuts his son finger at birth? At he was 10? Hard to believe that. And if the order of stop that wasn't in current that time, why Maria doesn't have one finger cut too? She became part of the order.
• Darim with 60 years with brown hair. Ok. A month later, with white hair. No sense at all.
• No matter how long Darim lived, he was ALWAYS (And Abbas too and EVERY ASSASSIN) an apprentice. Just look his clothes and his bracer.
• Despite the fact of all people in 1100 ~ 1200 live no longer than 40 years, EVERYONE in Masyaf lives more than that. Altair was 60 when he leaves the order (Everyone was there). 22 years later, everyone is there and talks like "I saw Altair that day. He was no traitor". I mean, the assassins doesn't age? Doesn't die? The people who are loyal to Altair are dead or too old for the order.
• Where is the scar of Desmond? Simple disappear? Desmond can change his clothes like 30 times that no one cares. But a scar? C'mon.

There are more, but this is the many I remember =P. This is to show how this game if far from perfection and when people complains about, you guys should understand and not "Stop! You're not a fan! You understand nothing!".
