Dude, I'm sorry if im rude but, the story goes from 1753 to 1783... supposing there is a second connor game that goes until 1799 it would work perfectly, Washington left his president job on 1797 and then became aggain an official from US army until he died in 1799
You said it would be a game with higher historical facts, well history says he isn't alive until now so doesn't matter what happens, im pretty sure he will die...
dude its not about "our founders" the game's main company is in montreal, canada, excluding that the game is a worldwide multicultural game, and in both american and britis sides there will be templars, so, why not?
