Do you mean the fact that during the bit where Desmond is under the Apple's influence, Masonic Eye and Phrygian cap are visible on either side of him constantly, without changing to other symbols? Like in this image here - http://assassinscreed.wikia.com/wiki/File:Apple_Retrieval_8.png

It would make sense, given how these symbols don't change during the scene and are clearly visible.
