And as for Garnier de Naplouse, nearly everyone has got it wrong on him. He was never a grandmaster in 1190 like some people want to believe and he was never at the Battle of Arsuf because he was killed in July 1187 in Ascalon...... You shouldn't place too much faith in Wikipedia and other online encyclopedias, more often than not they are biased and a load of tosh...... And I know most of the other leaders died normally, and the battle for Masyaf which I mentioned earlier between the Persians and Syrians was started mainly because of the assassination of Conrad de Montferrat, amongst other smaller things....
