Asasyn didn't believe they were good or evil and they didn't kill all Templars just because a handful of them did evil things...... It was all about respect for eachother. Templars were welcome to come and go as they pleased so long as they followed rules but they often thought themselves 'above the law' committing a whole range of crimes, only to be put in place by a handful of Asasyn..... As Asasyn were the only people that stood up to them and beat them, defeating the Asasyn became the 'forbidden fruit' and started a long string of battles, only for the Asasyn to outwit them and beat them every time, even joining forces with the Saracens failed..... They also understood that not every Templar was there of their own free will, so when any of them gave themselves up they were allowed on their way, usually after getting any information they needed but they were never harmed which is more than could be said for Templars...........
