Let me explain my situation to you all. Now my current status on single player is: Renewed playthrough, Game and DLC complete, everything 100% sinced, but only one guild challenge left, which is obviously the one relevent to this current page. I`ve tried everything to get this final challenge, which is including everything stated here. I even considered going into the restricted area myself, whilst remaining undetected, and killing the guards with my crossbow. In short, it`s not working, so what`s going on?
