I think in the beginning, Desmond will do his little intro like in all the previous games, only instead of saying "My name is Desmond Miles, and this is my story," he'll say "My name is Desmond Miles, and I am an Assassin..." Then, we will be taken to the last cutscene in Revelations in which Desmond says "I know what we need to do". His father will open the van, the camera will zoom into the Grand Temple, then bam, we control Desmond for the first time in the game and we have to go into the Grand Temple. He tries to activate it, but some other god or any of the previous ones will appear and tell him he's missing something like something in his DNA idk, then Rebecca or Shaun will drive us to some other hideout, where we begin Connor's story. But that's just me...
