Still, it leaves open the question about who is Eve and what is her role in all of this, as Liberations does make references to her. Clay told Desmond to find Eve, I'm not sure about Clay mixing Eve and Juno up, (it seems rather odd that the writers knowingly made this "error" in an already cryptic warning). He said that her DNA (probably Eve's) was the key. Maybe Clay knew about Juno's true intentions and Eve's DNA is in some way the key to stop Juno? Besides, if this were to be true, when he says "She is not who you think she is" he may be refering to Juno instead of Lucy. Although a little problem with this theory: when did Sixteen find out about what Juno had planned? Certainly, in the Lost Archive DLC he doesn't seem to be aware of it. But as I said, it's just a theory.
