How exactly will sailing fee-roam work? (How) Will we be able to upgrade the ship and its crew? Will we be able to get out of the ship and free-roam on land? Will there be more locations than the caribbean? Will there be water animals (e.g. sharks)?

Some of these have been asked further down, I'm just curious to the answer to them and want to make sure that they're seen.
