I'm not sure you are able to comprehend the main point which is being conveyed to you, Sima argues you that you can't destroy a government wholly and completely and replace it with something else. I am now telling you, this is impossible, because the political ideology lives on, so the potential for the government lives on, despite it not being in use anymore. What are you going on about now?
