Whether he kills Americans or not doesn't concern me. As long as it's a good game, that's all that matters to me. And I am British (prefer to be called "Scottish" since I want independence, which makes me like the game's story :D), but I don't get bothered, neither did Italians who got slaughtered in some games. So, I don't understand why people get so worked up about this.
