Yes, I know about this. The Revolutionary War wouldn't have probably broken out if the king hadn't given the conquered French territories to the Natives (forming the Indian Reserve) instead of giving it to the colonies. So most Indian tribes had no reason to support Americans (although some did). And that makes it all even weirder. I've watched interviews with producers (in one of them Corey May said that Connor is going to assassinate both colonists and the British), but in all their promotional footage we can see redcoats as the only enemies and colonists as the ultimate heroes (see Washington's speech about Americans being slaves and flag-waving from this footage).
