She may or may not be Desmond's ancestor, just because her memories are relived by some other modern assassin doesn't mean she isn't related to Desmond (The new modern assassin and Desmond may be related)..just listing options....Of course anything said right now is just speculation....but I agree with Slate and likely she's not related to Desmond :P
