Red white and blue = American colors. Pretty patriotic.

Oh yes, dont forget how he made tons of buddies with the Americans, and 9/10 of the concept art you can find for Connor is with a American flag. Or something American. They say he is neutral, but I am pretty sure there will be some lean towards the Americans, considering he is best buddies with George Washington, etc etc and I doubt he has any British friends.
