You don't get it. Remember Desmond was pulled outta the Baby after Sequence 6 and experience the Bleeding Effect? Desmond follow Altaïr as he chase Maria, after made love with her, Desmond no longer follow Altaïr but instead, Maria. My question is that how can 44-years-old-Ezio still haven't had a kid? (May be he did had but we or even he didn't know, since he is a lady-killer, but definitely not a direct ancestor of Desmond)
