Bearing in mind concept art, the setting and the game are already well in production, then the marketing department doing the reveal is ultimately irrelevant to the production quality of the end product. Ubi are setting an interesting precedent with AC, a strong yearly release with a strong following. Given the surge in popularity with ACIV (which may have/has brought new comers to the series) now is the time to capitalise on this.

Again though new trailers for Watch_Dogs circulating to populartiy suggests that their new game is their focus, but it would be odd to keep ignoring AC. I think the perception of the AC series' yearly release leading to 'crappy games' is diminished after ACIV which even ranked 35th in Gamespots' top 100 games of all time...haters can only hate on something with ammo, and we, the fans, are holding the musket shot after ACIV's popularity.
