Actually, the scale goes like this.

If the character has appeared in 10 Films/books/games, then they have 100% appearence in the graph.

If the character has appeared in 3 of the Films/books/games, then they have 30% appearence on the scale.

If the character has appeared in over 10 films/book/games then they have gone 'Over the limit'.

The graph/scale goes up to 10.
