Pretty much. I understand that Green Arrow teams up with Batman time to time but having such a blatant thing in the "Arrow" series which up till season 2 was strictly restricted to just The Hood and Deadshot as primary well-known characters and even Deadshot was thought dead in his first appearance.

Season 2 kinda takes away some of the effect if you ask me. Also my friend is the one who keeps me posted on Season 2 since I don't have time to watch it and according to what I hear, I'm really curious as to why Slade turned into what he didn't want to turn into. I hope there was some serious psychological shit involved.
