I admit to being a bit of a history nerd, so my knowledge of UK and World history was probably greater than average for a student at GCSE level; I was disappointed in how limited in scope my history lessons since the focus was mainly on the World Wars and European history.
@ Fairy Tail Grand master: I didn't say "I love everything about my country", my objection was to The.Outsider's comment that "barely anyone in the UK gives a shit about Britain"...
