Since you cleary have a knack for research (this wiki's own Shaun Hastings) I was wondering if you could do me a favor. Three of my friends want an American Civil War setting. Personnaly, I'll play whatever Ubisoft does next. Any idea who the Templars/Assassins/famous people could be included?

P.S. The big thing I have against the Civil War setting is Lincoln wouldn't become President without the Templars somehow controlling him. But, this seems like a bad idea to me. So, is there anyone close enough to Abraham Lincoln who could secretly control him, and no one would have a clue? If you could find that out, it would really help.
