There are countless time periods and nations I haven't touched yet. Roman Empire, Eastern Roman Empire (Byzantine), Attila the Hun, First Crusade (The Hashashin or Levantine Order founded just prior to the start of this), Greece, Persia, Ptolemaic Egypt, Spain (Castille, Aragorn, Granada, Navarre), Portugal, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Romania, Austria/Hungary... Okay that's enough listing, and that's just around the Mediterranean.
