It depends. Al Mualim and Rodrigo Borgia are the Templars that are the best at manipulating people while Robert de Sable, Armand Bouchart and Cesare Borgia are the Templars best at fights. But to me, I think it's Rodrigo Borgia. He's the villain in both ACII and ACB. Who among the Templars can be the antagonist in 2 games? This is just my opinion. :)
